EPC Construction, Electromechanical Assembly and Photovoltaic Civil Works

We carry out the comprehensive construction of solar projects (On-Grid, Off-Grid, and BESS) under schemes EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) or BoP (Balance of Plant), ensuring regulatory compliance (RETIE, NTC 2050) and zero deviations in timelines or budgets.

1. Construction Services Portfolio

  • Civil Works and Infrastructure:

    • Precision surveying, earthmoving, and land preparation.
    • Pull-Out tests (Pull-Out tests) and driving of fixed structures or solar trackers (trackers single-point/two-point).
    • Construction of foundation slabs for centralized inverters, transformation centers (Skid/Container), and BESS containers.
    • Excavation and execution of trenches, ducts, and underground conduits for DC and AC circuits in medium and low voltage.
  • Electromechanical Assembly and Connection:

    • Mechanical assembly of TOPCon/Bifacial modules with calibrated torque wrench to ensure tightening torques according to manufacturer.
    • Laying and combing of solar wiring (H1Z2Z2-K), certified MC4/Evo2 connection, and hydraulic crimping of power terminals.
    • Integration of combiner boxes (Combiner Boxes), AC/DC protection panels, string or centralized inverters.
  • Substations and Evacuation Lines:

    • Installation of medium voltage cells, power transformers, and grounding systems (SPAT) with equipotential mesh.
    • Construction and interconnection of overhead or underground evacuation lines up to the Network Operator's coupling point.
  • Commissioning Tests (Commissioning & SAT):

    • Conductor insulation tests (Megger), ground mesh continuity, and insulation resistance measurement in DC chains.
    • Thermographic inspection under load and progressive energization tests pre-certification RETIE.
